Community Engagement

CIS conducts internal reviews of current infrastructures, data, initiatives, services, and programs lifting best practices and identifying opportunities that will generate potential solutions. Using a human-centered design approach, empathy interviews, listening sessions, and learning walks are conducted with community stakeholders to gather insights and understand the community's feelings and experiences.

Collective Convenings

Collaborative regional meetings with cross-sector partners are held to co-design systems of support in an effort to align, share insights, and implement solutions to address complex social issues through current national, state, and county efforts.

Capacity Building

CIS provides training, coaching, and technical assistance using personalized tools and research-based expertise. This fosters regional progress toward collaborative and responsive systems change efforts from cradle to career throughout the Life Course Framework. Training and coaching cover systems change frameworks such as Collective Impact, Life Course Framework, Multi-Tiered System of Support, etc.

Community of Learning

Regional shared learning sessions on topics relevant to educational attainment and healthy families, such as asset mapping, plan development, disproportionality, and population-focused needs.

Partnership for Success

Collective Impact Solutions partners with community-based organizations, school districts, and city and county agencies to deliver technical assistance. This helps develop data-responsive action plans that support successful and healthy students and families.
