Planned Direct Service Arm & Design-to-Implementation Hub ~ Currently in Development
What It Is
The first-of-its-kind, family-led hub for students with disabilities (ages 10–22) and their families. Co-designed with parents, caregivers, and youth to provide:
- Respite Care – drop-in, planned, and emergency services
- Inclusive Programs – adapted sports, creative therapies, social-emotional learning
- Family Navigation – Medi-Cal, IHSS, Regional Center supports
- Workforce Pipeline – training pathways for youth, caregivers and respite providers
Design-to-Implementation Hub: Lessons learned here feed directly into the CIS Technical Assistance Center, creating a model that can be replicated across California.
